  Around one in six older people face abuse worldwide. Despite this fact, elder abuse remains invisible. Read More

  Emerging evidence is indicating violence, abuse and neglect of older people has increased since the outbreak of COVID-19. Campaign with us on #agingwithgerocare and our volunteers to ensure older people are respected, embraced equally and treated fairly without discrimination. We provide tools to help older people and communities recognize elder abuse and take action, and materials to engage with the media and support the global campaign.

• Training:

  With rapid population ageing, the prevalence of age discrimination escalates and so does the imperative to address the fundamental causes of discrimination. Read More

  Treating older people with respect and on an equal basis with younger people creates the conditions that enable all people in society to participate in and contribute to their own development. Gerocare Foundation and our partners are laying the groundwork for the promotion of the rights of other persons, but there's still more to do.
